2.1 Please see our order page for information on how to place an order. The products displayed on our website are intended as an invitation for you to place an offer. An offer is made when you place an order and a contract is formed when we accept your offer and dispatch the goods to you.A contract does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your cardor we have sent email acknowledgement. All orders placed on this website are subject to these conditions.
2.2 Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if payment has been taken for the products. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering information; however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you.VAT, when applicable, will be provided in our quotation to you.
2.3 Very rarely, an error may occur that results in the products described on our website not being the products actually available for sale. If this occurs your order will not be or have been accepted. We may ask you whether you wish to purchase other products we may have available. If so your order will be amended. Otherwise, we will treat any order as cancelled. Any incorrect products, ifdispatched,will be collected for full refund.
2.4We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our ability to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part however, we are not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website or placing a telephone order.It is your responsibility to ensure a secure internet connection is used to access the website. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or failure in the product reaching you due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions. We may at our discretion refuse to process an order for any product if we believe that delivery may be subject to any restriction in the destination country.
2.6Please note that for some international deliveries, any manufacturer warranty may not be valid, product manuals, instructions and safety warningmay not be in destination country languages and products and their accompanying materials may not be in accordance with specific standards, specifications and labeling requirements in the jurisdiction of delivery. 2.7You are responsible for ensuring that the product you have ordered can be lawfully imported in to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are advised to make any necessary checks before ordering.

3. Payment
3.1 Payment may be made by cheque, BACSor any major credit or debit card. Payment by credit card will incur a handling fee of 2% which is payable on the total order amount. Goods are dispatched when payment has cleared. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have authorization from the card holder to SIS ISO 9001 Doc 11 v1make payments for goods using the card.All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
3.2 The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling or euro and we accept either as payment. The UK VAT rate is charged on all orders, unless a valid and authorized VAT exemption is made available to us at the time of ordering and verified prior to the acceptance of your order. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands) VAT is not charged and customers are not entitled to any discounts or VAT refund.
3.3 A delivery/shipping charge will be applied to your goods and the total for the order will be confirmed with you before completion of the transaction.
3.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.INTERNATIONAL In addition to the above:
3.5Payment may be made by BACS, credit card or debit card. Payment shall be made in pounds sterling or Euro.For payments made in pounds sterling, the exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.
3.6 All prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaidbasis. You may have to pay a customs fee or import duty before the product can be delivered to you. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order with us.

4.1 Certain products are subject to licensing restrictions. By placing your order for any of these products, you confirm that you hold these licenses. Your order may be cancelled if we are unable able to verify your possession of these licenses using the details you have submitted.

5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver throughout the UK and most destinations throughout Europe. Please enquire with our sales team to find out shipping charges and delivery time to your address.
5.2 Orders generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by the signatory or the person to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card advising the delivery has been attempted. It is your responsibility to check the instructions for re-delivery.
5.3It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and ready and able toaccept delivery of the product.If the delivery cannot be completeddue to any of these reasons, this may incur additional charges for which you may be liable.
5.4We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond ourreasonable control, including delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
5.5It is your responsibility to check the condition of the products delivered and you must highlight any issues with the courier at the first instance and inform our sales team. 5.6All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable fees, duties and taxesand any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you.Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the importation of the products you order is permitted in the country you specify for delivery. This may cause delay in delivery to you for which we do not accept any responsibility.

6. CancellationIf, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed.
6.1 Please call 0845 643 1162 or email our sales team on info@steminjectionsystems.comin the first instance.If you cancel after the order has been dispatched, please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us. All products can be returned by courier or post and in the meantime you must take reasonable care of them. You must ensure the items are returned to us, or be made available for collection, in the same condition as delivered to you.
7. General
7.1 The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow.
7.2 Ownership of the product and all risk in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on delivery of the products to the address you specify in your order. We shall not be liable for any indirect lossesyou may suffer, including any loss of profit, income or anticipated savings as a result of your failure to comply with these terms or your negligence.
7.3 These terms, constitute the entire terms on which we will provide products to you and cancel and supersedes all prior arrangements and representations, whether verbal or written.
7.4 We may amend these terms from time to time at our discretion without notice to you. Any amends will be posted on this website and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by us.
7.5 Anydelay or failure by ourselves in exercising or enforcing any of our rights under these terms shall not operateasa waiver of those rights.
